Edwin Taylor has been fly fishing for over 30 years. He has guided on the Margaree River for Atlantic Salmon and the Bow River for trout. Edwin has been on the board of directors of the Margaree Salmon Association and the chairman of the Margaree Salmon Association Banquet and Auction. Edwin has also been involved in the River Watch Program to help prevent poaching. He also a member of the Sam Livingston Volunteer Society in Calgary. Edwin is also a free lance writer and has articles published in magazines such as the American Angler. He has also written, performed and produced a video, Atlantic Salmon — The Margaree River”. Some of his Atlantic Salmon fly patterns can be found in such books as "Shrimp and Spey Flies for Salmon and Steelhead" by Mann and Gillespie and "Modern Salmon Flies" by Paul Marriner. Edwin has also been fortunate to be in such productions as "Open Range","Assination of Jesse James","Shangi Noon","Little House on the Prairie","Brokeback Mountain" and "Into the West".
